MK Dons Set Netball
For over a decade, the National Hockey Foundation has been administering the legacy funds from the sale of the old National Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes. Since then, Sport MK has been supported by the Foundation with annual grants, which have been used to support grass root sports in Milton Keynes.
No Grants were given this month, but two Bursaries of £300 each were awarded to two talented badminton players from Webber Badminton.
Total awarded £600.

Four Grants in total awarded this month with two each going to Shenley Brook End School and MK BMX Racing Club.
Town Cricket Club. Total awarded £1000.
As we go into Lockdown 2, Milton Keynes Council has produced an important film about the impact on Milton Keynes. It emphasises the need for activity and the impact that young people have on the spread of the virus. Please watch this film. Apart from stunning photography, it is very enjoyable to watch, without detracting from the film’s message.
